Warranty Claim

  • 1. Please wrap the tools to be returned and send back to the below address. Any damage in transit is not covered warranty and will be invoiced.

    2. Tools are typically repaired & returned in 2-3 business days of receipt by us.

    3. 12 Months Back To Base Warranty from the date of purchase, which does not include any physical damage, user misuse and consumables. If your tool does not qualify for warranty repair, we will contact you with an estimate of the repair charge.

    4. D.O.A claim has to be made within 7 days of receipt. Prior to returning any dead on arrival (D.O.A.) or incorrectly supplied product, all products must be returned in THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING COMPLETE WITH ALL ACCESSORIES, MANUALS AND INCLUSIONS. Should items not be returned in their original condition, the item may not be accepted or the value of the missing components deducted from the total of the refund amount.
