1, Do you provide a tax invoice?

Yes, all goods are delivered with GST inclusive and tax invoice will be emailed to you in PDF format.

2, Do you have a shop/showroom?

Our customers are more than welcome to visit our Showroom based in Clayton, Vic 3168. We would be happy to demonstrate our products and give advices on your jobs.

Please call us on (03) 8555 9549 between 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. For after hour inspection, please make an appointment.

3, How long will it take to deliver my order?

We usually dispatch paid orders before 3:00pm in 1 business day. The expected delivery time is 1-7 business days in major cities of Australia.

Please note: Deliveries to country and rural areas are subject to extended delivery times. We provide tracking information for most of the orders (parcels). Our customer can always track online, call the carriers or contact us if there are any problems with the delivery.

4, Which payment methods do you provide?

We provide bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and cash on pick up.

5, Is it safe to send my debit/credit card details over the web?

We use SecurePay, as the online payment gateway to accept credit card payment. SecurePay is an online payments expert and a business of Australia Post. It is one of the safest and reliable online payment gateways in Australia.

1, What warranty do you offer?

We offer 12 months back to base warranty from date of purchase, which does not include any user misuse, physical damage and consumables.

2, Damaged or Faulty Products and Refund Policy

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

3, Calibration

Calibration is not covered by warranty. We recommend re-calibration every 6 months or before major jobs.
