TERMS & CONDITIONS

• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the product description are unintentional.
• By purchasing the product, the buyer agrees that it is the buyer who is liable to all the public and product liability resulting from the use of this product.
• Product will not be released until the full payment has been received. We accept pay pal, bank transfer, cheque and money order as payment methods.
• We check and test our products before shipping. In the unlikely condition that you receive faulty goods, please follow the instructions below:
Via Courier:
Please check the product is in good order and condition carefully before you sign in front of courier. If problems do arise, please do not sign and ask the courier to send back to us.
Via Australia Post: 
Please contact us within 3 business days upon receiving the faulty products.

SHIPPING

•   All orders will be delivered within approximately 3-5 business days, please allow longer for some regional towns. Shipping times will vary for international orders. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
To ensure your item arrives safely, we use Australia post eparcel and other courier which have tracking or a reference number.

Laser Tool Specialist is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address, please make sure the delivery address is correct.

orders via couriers, cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Deliveries are made on a week day, during business hours.

Pick up is available from Monday to Friday, 2pm – 3pm (except public holidays)

WARRANTY/REFUND/RETURN

• 12 Months Back To Base Warranty from the date of purchase, which does not include any physical damage, user misuse and consumables.
• Replacement warranty for D.O.A. goods. Any dead on arrival claim has to be claimed within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, which does not include any physical damage. Please contact us before returning the D.O.A goods.
• REFUND will be provided where we are unable to supply the advertised product.

14 day return policy is also offered to all orders.

To return your items send an email to sales@lasertoolspecialist.com.au with your name and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.

Item must be received by us within 14 days of contacting us.
Item must be in new condition and not used.
Refunds will be processed once your item has arrived.
Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility

• Prior to returning any DOA or incorrectly supplied product, all products must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories, manuals and inclusions. Should items not be returned in their original condition, the item may not be accepted or the value of the missing components deducted from the total of the refund amount.
